Drema relocated to Georgia in 2018 to become the Executive Director for Manor Lake Gainesville. Her experience includes several years of operational oversight for multi SNF facilities and being in Executive Director Leadership roles for 8 years with Assisted Living and Memory Care. She is knowledgeable in budget planning strategies, is very organized, detailed oriented and a strong operator. She manages the operational regulatory compliance with communities and trains Executive Directors. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from WV State University with a major in business and accounting.
Drema is an animal advocate and is especially fond of cats. She enjoys working with her church and traveling. She has worked in 15 different states and maintains friends in most of them.
