Eric Butler brings over two decades of senior living experience, a heart for service, and a deep commitment to excellence in his role as Executive Director of Manor Lake Athens. Originally from a small town in northwestern Indiana, Eric’s passion for leadership was shaped early on through his years playing basketball, including at the collegiate level for Olivet Nazarene University.
With a proven track record of operational leadership and team development, Eric is known for cultivating compassionate, high-performing communities where residents, families, and staff thrive. His leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, connection, and creating a culture of respect and joy.
Eric and his wife, Laura, enjoy hiking and chasing waterfalls with their two sons, Everett and Jordan. When he’s not leading the Athens team, you can likely find him exploring the great outdoors or investing in quality time with his family.
