Kiley has nearly 20 years of experience as a Recreational Therapist and is a proud graduate of Western Carolina University. She has devoted her career to enhancing the lives of seniors in skilled nursing and assisted living communities. She joined the Manor Lake family three years ago as the Activity Director in Hoschton, where she had the opportunity to turn her passion for senior engagement into meaningful daily experiences for our residents.
Although activities will always be close to her heart, she was honored to be promoted to Executive Director. In this role, she is committed to ensuring that every resident has the opportunity to pursue happiness, purpose, and the highest possible quality of life.
Kiley has been married for 23 years to her best friend, and together they have raised four incredible teenagers and young adults. They are happiest outdoors-whether it’s boating, swimming, camping, or just enjoying nature.
