Kimberly Braswell is a highly accomplished Executive Director with over two decades of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, and memory care communities across Florida and Georgia. She brings a dynamic blend of marketing and operational expertise, compassionate leadership, and visionary strategy to every role, with a career rooted in serving residents and families with dignity, respect, and individualized care.
A certified Assisted Living Administrator in both Florida and Georgia, Kimberly has also earned national credentials as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her academic background includes a Master of Arts in Child and Family Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Kimberly strives to create environments where residents thrive, families feel supported, and team members are empowered. In addition to her operational roles, Kimberly has successfully led marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives. She played an integral role in the startup of multiple senior living communities, managing construction, marketing, census development, and brand strategy. She also served as a Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors representative and built strong partnerships with local organizations to increase awareness.
A lifelong advocate for resident-centered care, Kimberly has also owned and operated small businesses, where she applied her leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, demonstrating her adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit. With a passion for excellence and a heart for service, Kimberly continues to elevate the standards of care and leadership in the senior living industry.
